Candidate will be doing the following:
Data Entry Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
Sending emails to scheduling, sales, & production team to let them know what incomplete work is needed Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons Ensure proper flow of office procedures and support the office directors by carrying out common office duties.
Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
Communicate effectively with sales team, project managers, and in office co-workers to complete daily tasks.
